Correction: bad welding, broken or mooving piece of the airframe?

Try taking the inner panel off the door to check all door corner welds first and try twisting the door. Then check the hinge pieces which are stud bolted to doorframe.
If all is perfect examine door opening hinge tabs for good welds and non elongated holes. Presumably door hinge bolt shanks have no wear.
Next run a couple of tapes diagonally across door opening and go flyy and see which tape pulls loose to determine airframe movement.

Hello Jeremy.
Thanks a lot another time.
We will check all this points next week.
For the fly with the tapes the door must be disassembled?

No, leave door closed as normally. The idea is to find if the fuselage door frame is flexing and in which direction.
Actually, you don't need to fly, but take off and hover fly along runway so as to achieve a landing, which apparently is making your door unlatch.

Pull your seats, and check the “h” frame under the knee area on both sides. It connects the landing gear mounts and strut mounts to the fuselage. There's diagonals in that frame that can get bent but don’t show from above or outside. If that’s the case, there’s a risk that the whole “h” frame can buckle and fold up. (Don’t ask me how I know.)

That “h” frame area connects to the tubing around the door frame. If it’s out of position or moves during landings, that may be the reason the door is popping open.

Just a circle back, I had a similar issue with my plane after a ground loop. I was very concerned about airframe damage. Turned out it was worn door pins and poorly adjusted pins. My pins didn’t look “bad”, but when removed I suddenly saw how bad they were. I even filed one a bit flatter and it still didn’t do much. Replacing them and properly adjusting fixed it 100%.

If it’s not the pins I would seriously consider grounding the plane until you find the damaged airframe component.

Hello all friends Maulers.
I'm glad to be back with you and to tell you my issue is fixed.
My mechanic checked the door frame itself, the fuselage door frame and the connection between fuselage and landing gear. All was ok!
I ordered a new slide bolt ( plunger )... but never received it.
So he machined the old one in order to have perfect surfaces like said and in order it moves well in its tube.
Above all he replaced the old spring by a new one longer and stronger. The sliding bolt fits more deep in the striker plate.
A little bit of grease and all works perfectly !
3 hours and 8 landings without any problem of door opening.
I want to thank all of you for your precious help!
...and if someone Can tell me how to redress the door trim panel wich is bent all around the door frame by removing it... I will thank you one more time!

Best is to remove all trim panel pieces and cut a new single piece in next thicker aluminium.
Set a 10 degree break along outer edges for stiffening.
Re rivet with large head soft aluminium pop rivers so as not to crack the plexiglass.

Thanks a lot Jeremy!
Two questions:
- Can me explain more where and how the 10 degrees break must be made ? When cutting the new aluminium sheet ,all around it?
- Is it the same way with rivets for my panel which is not in plexiglas? ( MXT 7 180 , number : 14008, year 1991).
Yours

Jeremy, are you referring to edge rolling the outside edge of the sheet?
