Maybe this link still works. Lots of photos. Maybe they can help. I don't see any of the new hols but I had the advantage of going to the factory and using the factory jig to cut them.

I hate photobucket but it is all I have right now.

Thanks for the drawing Kirk! This indeed helped me to realize that the only wrong think with my lock is that it is simply too far from the latch (the little "L" thing). Now I just need to figure out how to move it a bit closer. This should not be a big problem. Planning to install swing out windows before summer so I can fix this all together.

Glad it helped Martin the window is another great mod. There are some posts about the build. The hardest part for me was the welding as my skill with a welder could use some help. I am good with a grinders so it evens out.

There is no fabric on the doors, so only sheet aluminium and/or plexiglass.
