Hello All,

I am a new Maule owner, purchased a 1976 M-5-210C this summer. This forum has been a great resource getting to know the ins & outs of the Maule. Two propellers came with the deal. Both McCauleys, one 74 inch and the other a 81 inch. In the interest of gaining more ground clearance, I am about to install ABI HD Ext Landing gear, Double puck brakes and 31" ABI Bushwheels. So I am selling the original landing gear, oleos, 8.50x10 Air Trac tires, Gar Aero 10inch rims, and original single puck brakes.. If all goes well with the larger propeller I may sell the 74" prop.

Probably won't have the work started until next week, just wanted to see if there is any interest in the parts.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hey Jeff,
Got a M5-210c that I’m in the process of recovering. Gotten any takers yet on your gear or prop?
What’s the model number for your 81inch prop? I thought the McCauley D2A34C67 was about the only prop out there for the M5-210c.

Hello Bruce,

My apologies for the slow response.

The landing gear and oleos are still available, but I have someone currently interested in the wheels and rims. He has not made a final decision yet.

I am hanging onto the 74” Mac per my mechanics advice. The 81’ Mac model # is 2A34C203. Previous owner received field approval in Alaska. Very nice improvement.

Let me know if you are still interested in the gear/oleos, I can ship very economically.

Cheers,
Jeff

Hi Jeff. Congrats on the purchase! I also have a M5-210c. Just put on a fresh engine. And have been thinking about putting on the extended ABI gear. I'd like to hear about how that goes for you and how you like it.

What part of the country are you in?

have a friend looking for a set of Oleos for a experimental PA12 build, shoot me a price, new or old style spring packs will work for his application.
