A long flight with a Maule MX7-235

Lors de mon récent voyage en Afrique (le septiéme depuis 2003 et le quatrième à Ouagadougou au BURKINA-FASO) depuis la FRANCE
j'ai réalisé mon plus long vol avec mon Maule
VALENCIA (LEVC) à LA BAULE (LFRE),soit 648 NM en 06h 19 mn de vol
avec vent défavorable
Autre vol en Octobre,LA BAULE-ALMERIA (LEAM), 677 NM en 05h30 avec vent favorable
Avez-vous voler aussi logtemps en monomoteur sans pilote automatique et enVFR?

This month,I Had a flight to Africa from France ,by Spain,Marocco,Mauritania,Mali, Burkina-Faso,Sénégal
and the last leg was Valencia-La Baule, 648 nm and 06h19mn,top-top
with a bad weather and head-wind average 20 knts
The first leg was La Baule-Almeria ,677 nm and 05h30
Did you have a same flight with a Maule MX7-235
The whole flight from La Baule to La Baule was 58h33mn and 6689 nm

Very impressive, especially considering the time of the year.
When I was a teenager I flew with my Dad in his Piper Arrow from Hamburg, Germany to the Canary Islands via France, Gibraltar, Morroco...
Not as far as your trip (only 4000km I think)but it was exciting. I don't remember how long the trip was, but too much water to cross for my taste as a then glider pilot.

I flew from Odense in Denmark to Geneva in Switzerland. 6hrs and something on my MX7-235. Was getting nervous about the IFR reserve.
Are you still based in La Baule? I am in Noirmoutier flying out of Beauvoir and La Roche. We should meet.

Yes ,my plane is hangared at La BAule
But I live in Normandy (CAEN-LFRK) and La Baule
and some months at Guadeloupe (carraibean island).
For Bart Hatt, it is possible to fly together with the Maule between
April and August.Call me at this time 00 33 6 07 39 07 35.
My last trip was in october in Libya, La Baule-Ajaccio, Tripoly,
Waddan,Shebba,Ghat,Ghadames,Tunis .
The Maule is very reliable.
Another flight was La Baule - Denmark- Norway- Northkap-Stockolm.
