First thing is to remove right kickpanel and make sure the bungee spring is not entangled, twisted, or fouled with insulation.
With trim control fully into the panel, there should be just a touch of slack in the spring.
Try kicking left rudder in flight as often the tailwheel swivel does not allow tailwheel to return to centre after your takeoff and climb when you are using alot of right rudder to combat P factor etc.
If neither of these fix it then it is a drag or rigging problem.
Often the servo tab is mis rigged with the ailerons.
Note; The servo tab has nothing to do with the rudder trim.
