Best prop for Maule on floats

Hi....new member here. I own a 2005 M7-235 on Wipline 3000 Amphips. It has the 3 blade Simitar prop. Some folks have said that the 2 blade does a better job at getting the plane off the water sooner. Any real world advice from the group? Thanks

I would recommend the McCauley 86 inch two blade if you have the O540 J or the IO540 W engine, or the 80 inch three blade.
The Scimitar is about 77 inch.
The 86 inch requires larger than 8.50x6 tyres when on wheels.
