Gar Aero tail wheel field approval 337

My new to me M6 has a Gar Aero wide fork tail wheel installed, but no paperwork :roll:

I have contacted the FAA to begin the field approval process. Does anyone happen to have a field approval 337 they'd be willing to share? The gentleman at the FAA I am working with said it's not necessary, but I think it may help smooth out the process.

I searched this forum unsuccessfully, I was surprised this issue hasn't been discussed in the past. Or maybe I just missed it!

You might try Seaplanes North, thought I saw they had the Gar Aero products at one time.

A not so law abiding citizen might paint it black and buy the ABI wide fork STC... too bad we are all law abiding citizens.
