I bought a Best Tugs A3 tug and I've had an opportunity to use it some. Here's a PIREP.
Pros:
Appears to be well-made and rugged.
Securely crated. No shipping damage.
Very smooth and powerful.
Easy left & right hand thumb controls for forward/reverse.
Charges quickly.
Moderately easy to attach/detach to Scott type tail wheel axle.
Easy to switch between pivoting and non-pivoting arm positions.
Includes tundra tires, LED headlight and regenerative braking features.
Easy to increase traction when needed by pushing down on the handle.
Small enough to easily fit behind the tail wheel in a T-hangar.
Does not require you to pick up the tail wheel like many tugs, including my gas powered Taildragger Dragger.
Cons:
Expensive to purchase and ship - $4379.
Arm pivoting works best for pulling the airplane, not pushing it. However, it's easy to switch between them.
Turns sometimes require that you pick up the tug to move the tail wheel.
Overall, I like it better than my gas powered Taildragger Dragger, which I'm planning to sell if anyone is interested.
