I totally agree. I just got lazy when I moved here and had the plane a 5 minute walk from my house.

Just finished my annual. Passed with flying colors but when I went to put the seats back in the middle seat bracket attached to the landing gear bracing broke off... Glad it did it now and not on some nasty little backcountry strip!

Might add that to your annual inspection list. Just saying...

Can you define that somewhat.
Middle seat, meaning rear seat as in M7 or inboard bracket of left or right front seat. In which case the keeper for slides or one of the tabs at the floor

Maybe referring to the inboard clip that guides the seat rail?

What DeltaRomeo said! The weld broke. Part is OK. Left, front seat, inside clip. Need to find a welder to melt it back together!

That would be a LONG flight with no left seat. I suppose I could use that space to carry extra fuel though!
