Has anyone had any experience with putting in or building a titanium firewall? I have a 1980 M5-235C that I have down to the frame. Any ideas for a wish list of things to do?
Currently:
Rear float attach points
Grab Handles
Rear Stabilizer mounts
Lift Rings
Stainless cables
Replaced all wooden formers with metal, including stainless steel bottom bow
Considering replacing the firewall with a titanium sheet. Does anyone have any experience in doing this? Is it hard to work with?
Fully sandblasted and getting ready for two coats of epoxy, so i figured now is the time!.
Thanks!
David
