FS: '91 MX-7-180

Post by norcal64d »

Unfortunately the time has come to sell my MX-7-180 and I thought I would put up a listing here for a few weeks to see if anyone is interested before I put it on Barnstormers. I've had some major life changes with a new job, a move, lack of any airports nearby, so owning an airplane doesn't make sense for me anymore. This plane has treated me well and until recently I thought I would never sell it. I'm traveling for work so I won't be able to show the plane or get it anywhere for a prebuy until after May 25th but that also gives anyone who is interested plenty of time to arrange all the details of a purchase. Nov. 2023 Annual and the airplane is located in Burlington, Vermont.

A/C TT 1642.

Asking price is $96,000.

Upgrades/Equipment
-Long range fuel tanks (70 gal useable), patrol doors, skylight, Surefly ESIM, UBG-16 engine monitor, ABI double puck brakes, EZ-heat sump heater, Oregon Aero seats, vortex generators

Avionics
Garmin 335 ADSB out; KY-97A; KX-155 (ILS/VOR with CDI); EI UBG-16 engine monitor with EGT, CHT, Fuel Flow, and Oil Temp; Dynon Pocket Panel; Transponder and IFR cert good till June 24.

Engine
O-360-C1F TTSN 1642 (will go up as flown). Compressions 70/78/77/74 at annual. Surefly E-SIM installed on the RH side for quick cold starts and the option for variable timing.

Prop
Hartzell Constant Speed HC-C2YK-1BF, TSMO 403 (2018 overhaul), Hub AD does not apply

ADs
Sealed struts installed and Hartzell prop does not have the hub AD on it.

I've got lots of pictures, all the logs scanned, and a full spec sheet for anyone interested on a google drive. Send me a PM for a link.
