Thanks guys. He offered me a smoking deal a while back and now I can't find the emails. I bent the bird shortly after and all thoughts about insturments got sidelined!

Turn on unit
Press Menu-
Scroll down to where it says "USB and Data Recording"-
Press Select-
Select number of flights to download-
Scroll down and select "Write data to USB now"

Whala!

You're done!

I figured it out, it's Excel.
For those that may be wondering, I had an over $300,000 turbine engine go "pop" on me and the MVP-50 records every monitored bit of data every second or the time frame you select.
With every monitored bit of data recorded every second, it's pretty easy to prove that I did nothing wrong. It completely removes any argument of whether the engine was operated over limit or not.
Which is REALLY REALLY worth having when it comes to pointing fingers on an engine problem.
