Whilst I love flying, there are times when it would be nice to press a couple of buttons and 'take a break'.
What are your real-life experiences with the different APs out there?
Thanks for any help/advice...
Sam.

Maules used to have the old Century IIB system which uses the ailerons for direction. S-tec uses the rudder.
S-tec 20 for direction, 30 for direction and altitude hold, is the lightest.
The 40 and 50 add a bit more sophistication to the above.
The 60 is more than you need in a Maule, i.e. Alt preselect, autotrim, etc.
