2 Blade 83" MT Prop vs. 81" McCauly on Floats

Hi There - I am considering an MT 83" 2 blade for my M7-235B on Amphib floats...other than weight savings, anyone have experience seeing any difference off the water versus an 81" McCauly? I'm interested in climb but more interested in water run or time on water.
