One can make shortfield approaches in stalled condition.
Set full flaps and pull yoke back until there is 650 to 700 fpm descent, dependent on load, then adjust with a tad of power to hit aim point.
About 70ft above ground push nose over briefly to gain flow over wing then yoke back and a tweak of power puts you just before touchdown, dump flaps to -7 and get on brakes.

This is a technique I have considered; it should be practiced at altitude until the process is well established. My concern is getting the sight reference to the ground for this technique could be expensive if you don't get it right. The timing has to be perfect, and shouldn't be employed in gusty or bumpy air.
