Is there any indication of the durability of the rubber compound used in the paperwork (if any) that came with tyres.
Hello Jeremy & fellow Maule Pilots,

I let the tire pressure down to 6 psi on the new 31'Desser Tires for the last couple weeks while elk hunting in North Central Idaho. There was no problem with the bead slipping at this lower pressure. The sidewalls are more flexible than my 29' Airhawks, but provide a smoother ride on rough surfaces. The new 31' Desser tires have the wear indicators similar to the 26' Goodyear Blimp tires.

Anyway so far I'm very happy with the tires at half the cost of the now Alaska based competitor. Free shipping too!

So looks like they are about ten pounds more each than 8.50-6 tires. Wonder how much more the ten inch wheels weigh over the six inch ones.

Looks like your 31s are the big brother to Desser's 8.50-6 4 ply smooth tundras. I have a set of them on a lighter aircraft (Champ) at 9 psi and absolutely love them. They seem to be wearing very well also.

James, can you post that 337 to our library?
I can't remember if I fired six shots, or only five.....

Might just be MY FSDO but I submitted the paperwork including james's 337 for a field approval on my M5 and was shot down. Check with your FSDO before you buy a set
