Re doors off;
The POH has the rules, One front door off is OK, not both. Both rear doors off is OK with no adverse affect,(speed is limited to 125mph and bank angles limited). I have many hours of door off ops.
Now the warning.....if flying with the right middle door off and the baggage door on, strongly tape the baggage door catch secure!!!
If flying with both rear doors off, after the load is out, then the swirling air can pull away the rear seat rest in an M7 so tape it, and it can dislodge the middle seat left side panel so secure it also.
Again it is preferable to keep the left window closed in landing and takoff for best results.
