These people will manufacture you high performance pads per a sample pad out of race - high friction - materials that work excellent... But of course this stuff can only be used on "experimental" :wink: aircraft. http://www.racebrakes.co.nz/contact.shtml I called them, can't remember who I dealt with, sent them a couple of stock pads for single caliper brakes, and they duplicated in a high performance compound that worked very well with big tires.... Once they were run in, they would lock 29" bushwheels, with moderate pedal pressure, had excellent controlability / feel on pedals, and wear well. I'm sure they would also send the material, you'd just have to trim, drill, countersink fastener holes, etc, etc. It wasn't real cheap, but gets cheaper the more pads they mnfr for you...
