Since your there, you may want to toss the fiberglass batt as it holds moisture and that insulation your talking about is excellent when applied to the floor boards (except where the tubes touch) thereby preventing the corrosion that can come from the fiberglass batt holding moisture, or so I've heard, I haven't done it yet.
Do you have the wooden belly stringer? If so I wouldn't put the fiberglass back in, moisture causing the wooden belly stringer to "lay" over is what caused me to recover my airplane.

Rod's flyin is on 5/1/2009 at (50PA) . It's just on the north side of (ABE) airspace.

Thanks Wayne. It fits in beautifully, I'm putting the date on the calendar and I'll be there. I look forward to seeing everyone!

Wayne,
I can't wait! looks like a lot of fun. I also own a Rotorway, but the Maule carries the gear to make it a great comfortable adventure.
Thanks again for the Info!

Thanks for all of the kind comments. We are still struggling with the back, seat back. Since it is a sling, it does not lend itself to the pulling that needs to be done to get the contoured look. These guys will get it right. Everything else they've done is. Their attention to detail has been beyond anything I expected.

We are planning a 32 hour trip in Feb to Branson, then onto Clearwater and Key West. We'll stop in Orlando for a few days, then back home. We'll see just how comfy those seats are :!:Image

That's beautiful! Your plane is now at the far end of the spectrum of Farm Truck. I wouldn't know where to put the Moose quarters and Salmon. Somehow, I don't think it would clean up from from blood and scales that weel. Very nice job!
Live it like its your last day.
