Hi, had this issue which even cracked cylinders. Spent time sealing the top. So well the oil door flew open first flight!
However I maintain the best improvement came from fitting Cessna 337 style intercylinder baffling. The original was a crude shaped flat plate held against the underside of the cylinders with a spring. It made no attempt to duct air through the fins.
