GXM30 -Garmin 396

For those who have the Garmin 396/496. Where have you mounted the GMX 30 antennae outside/ inside?

It sits on the glare shield and works fine. It moves from aircraft to aircraft. On the Maule I mount both antennas on the braces in the skylight, and they work fine there as well.
