MX7-160 performance

Is there anyone here who flies an MX-7-160 that can supply me with real life performance numbers on that plane.

I am looking for cruise performance, in true airspeed. I realize it is affected by prop selection, but any help is appreciated.
63 M-4 "Old number, 26" (now sold and gone to Florida).

105 kts. TAS - On standard gear, 800x6 tires, prop pitched 54", 2550 rpm
98 kts TAS - On extended gear, 26" Goodyear tires, prop pitched 52" 2550 rpm
