60F OAT in cruise.

What does your oil temp gauge register? Mine seems high.

Ideally you want at least 180D to 200D range... The Maule indicators not very accurate!!

Maule oil temp needle often goes up when panel light rheostat is on or PTT is pressed. Microvoltage in the wireing loom.

Mine did the rheostat lighting trick on me couple years ago. Turn up panel lights, and viola up goes the oil temp to red line... Ended up to be a grounding problem, think I ended up running ground wire from indicator direct to a ground stud which fixed it?
