M7 engine failure on take off!!

Each of Lycs 8 points are contingencies except for 1 and 4.
The Maule POH addresses checking fuel quantity during preflight,#12, then again at startup,#2, where it is suggested the fullest tank be selected OR both if the tanks levels are unequal.
Thus pilot does Before Takeoff checks the fuel tanks will equalize or pilot will have noted there is adequate quantity in the fullest tank.
This leaves a little judgement for the pilot regarding what is adequate in a single tank takeoff.
At takeoff the pilot is monitoring the primary guages, one of them being the fuel pressure/flow. Before Takeoff #8
If it fluctuates, switch on boost pump.
POH in Before Landing addresses fuel selection again in 3.
Emergency procedures 4.7.2 and 3, and 4.8.4 and 5, and 4.10.1 and 2, deal with fuel in those cases.
