This used to be the Texas Stol Roundup, now moved to the Ozarks.

I would have been in the air Friday morning, early,.....weather permitting, heading for Roctoberfest STOL Roundup. However N120AG is in the shop at Gann Aviation getting an engine overhaul and ADS-B compliance...........So, next year!

My interest level on this flyin is kinda low. Not sure what it is, but it just puts me off a bit. I think Reklaw is the same weekend. I might try that one instead.

I have to agree. A Texas STOL competition in Arkansas just doesnâ€™t seem right to me.

This event imploded when they moved it to Hondo. I think Phil is trying to reinvent it as something else.

So... Did this event fizzle out due to High Sierra and Raklaw to name a few. I canâ€™t immediately find any current press or pirep. Granted itâ€™s just ended, but still.
