Yes Brent was there with a booth and exhibition airplane. With low attendance he was able to spent time one on one with all the Maule drivers.

The air boss and organization was great! I flew in the heavy touring class but didn't place in the top 3. Now that we have moved to Colorado I had to relearn how to fly the Maule at low elevations;)

Just my .02 but by moving the event date from April to October plus moving it down south closer to the coast the wet overcast weather is going to be a common thing.

I agree that the extreme southerly location is a problem. It’s still relatively close for me, but I would have been much more inclined to attend had it been in Llano or even north in oaklahoma or the like. Weather just wasn’t worth it to me either.
