1,750 Miles to Oshkosh

Post by Flyhound »

I try to take each plane I own to Oshkosh at least once. I've owned my Maule since 2013, and it still hadn't landed at KOSH, so it was time to correct that shortcoming. I made the trip from north of Seattle (0S9) this year and encountered all the usual summer flying challenges including thunderstorms, forest fires, morning fog and of course crazy traffic as you get close to Airventure. Here's a video summary of my trip out and back:

Great trip! Too bad you couldn't stay longer. Aside from Wednesday, the weather was stellar all week.

Glad you made it home safely!
