LONE STAR MAULE ROUNDUP T-SHIRT & HAT PRE-ORDERS

Hey Guys. We are having some great T-shirts and Caps made up for the 1st Annual Lone Star Maule Roundup. The T-shirts will be 100% Cotton with a front and back logo. The sample shirt (see attached link) has a Laser Printed Logo. The actual shirts will have a high-quality silk screen logo front & back with brighter & bolder colors. (The front logo will be a bit smaller on the final shirt). A special thanks goes out to ANDREWK for the T-shirt design.

We are now accepting PRE-ORDERS for the shirts which will be delivered to Llano, TX to be picked up at the Roundup (See First Annual "LONE STAR MAULE ROUNDUP" Thread).

T-SHIRT PRE-ORDER: $18.00 each via PAYPAL to rarmstrong.cfp@gmail.com or 903-366-8050. BE SURE and include your NAME, MAILING ADDRESS and SIZE on the PAYPAL ORDER. $20.00 each via PAYPAL if you know you will not be able to attend and want the shirt mailed out to you once they are printed up.

Payments must be received no later than April 30, 2013 in order to guarantee your shirt(s) are included in the order. THIS IS A 1-TIME SILK SCREEN RUN.

CAPS: $15.00 each via PAYPAL (if you want to be sure and get one). We cannot ship out individual caps at this time...they are being made available to attendees of the Roundup on a First-come, First-Serve basis UNLESS you Paypal and pre-order. If you have already ordered a T-shirt at $20 to be shipped out, I'll gladly include a cap in your shipment.

If the event is cancelled due to bad weather or if for some reason you are unable to make the Roundup, we will mail your shirts out to you or you can get them at the rescheduled Roundup event (later in 2013). If you want a shirt and know you can't make the roundup...no problem...just order and pay $20 each. I'll ship out the order as soon as the shirts are printed up.

We will have a few extra shirts & caps at the Roundup but those will be sold at the event on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-orders guarantee you a T-shirt or Cap.

NOTE: We are not in the T-Shirt or Cap business and really don't want to order too many or too few. ANY AND ALL PROFITS from the T-Shirts AND Caps will go back to the Roundup Attendees in the form of Raffle Prizes (Most likely, a Free Fuel Coupons ).

Get those orders in before April 30th via PAYPAL !!!

Any chance I can convince you to remove the comma and period from the logo? Would clean things up nicely if they were removed.

Tuesday 4/30 is the LAST DAY to pre-order the 1st Annual Lone Star Maule Roundup T-Shirts. See the initial Posting in this Thread for the details. $18 if picking up at the Roundup. $20 if you want me to ship the shirts to you. The shirts will be silk screened.

HATS: $15 each.

Will ship to you ONLY if you are already buying a T-shirt as well at $20 each (which were already marked up to cover shipping costs). If we don't sell out all of the hats at the Roundup, I'll come back to you and offer to ship them and figure out the shipping price.

This is an Olive Cap with Khaki Bill & Thread. Adjustment strap in the back.

TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY TO PRE-ORDER T-Shirts and Caps to make sure you get one. See initial post in this Thread for details. The only change to the T-Shirt: Front Logo Comma and Period have been deleted and the front logo is smaller in size than the attached photo.

If delivered to the Roundup:
T-shirts: $18 Caps: $15

If Shipped:
T-shirts: $20
Caps: $15 if ordering a Shirt, $17 if shipping by itself.
