I just finished the annual on the Aero Commander today... holy moly.
I will be at reklaw Saturday morning. If you see a white with blue and gray strip Commander doing a fly by at 240kts, it will be me
A couple of Maules will also be there from Zuehl.

The only Maule I found was Beaver's "nice machine". I looked  everywhere and I could not locate another Maule.............
That was the best 5 dollar lunch I have had and watching all the lunatic's take off and land was worth 100 bucks. They should make a movie of this event. I'm over the fence and about 5 people ran accross the runway, I hit the gas and ended up landing on the second BUMP....really nice in an aero commander. THIS strip is for tail dragger's. Next year I am going in the Maule (hell or high water).
YA got to see this event.
I have to admit some of these aircraft are the finest I have seen outside of the west coast. Pure perfection.
BTW: I keep the flyby under 200 kts.

I am sure Slick will post a video on his webiste since he was planning to head to the fly-in...I will post a link if he does.

Still a bit cloudy when it comes to aviation insurance? Find some clarity: Clear on Top
