Over 44 different Maule varieties since 1962, not counting the M1 M2 M3 M9 or some other specials.

Geez, I knew there were quite a few, but never realized there were that many, no wonder people are confused as to what a Maule is!! :shock:

OK, I'll bite. I found pictures of the M 1 but what were the M 2 and M 3?

Ornithopter with 2 flapping wings
Ornithopter with 4 flapping wings (dragonfly)
Midwing with Henderson engine on wheels
and on wooden floats
predessesors to the M4 line
then M4 had 3 wings, 3 door configurations and 4 engines.
If I dug out various news clippings, old brochures, drawings and plans I might come up with more.
