Mark your calanders now, Johnson Creek (3u2) 25-27 June 2010. Its going to be awesome, with a potluck on saturday night, bring beer. More to come as that time comes next year.

WHEE, If you get me the name & number I can make the call to the Idaho Division of Aeronautics. I am 95% sure i'll be there.
Okay so I decided to throw some info out for those that haven't been to JC since I have lots of time to kill!

Here are a few links that show some pictures of Johnson Creek and other local popular places to visit, you can also check out (please do, and join) SHORTFIELD.COM for alot of great pictures, video's, PIREPS & description of the fields.

Everybody there was GREAT!!

Thanks Paul and Bev. You have the grounds looking spectacular.

The potluck and micro brew gathering went off with military special ops precision. Thanks Mark and Kitty for hosting. After dinner at the camp fire Jeremy talked to us about how we all need to promote flying or it will die out for private pilots. We discussed how we all need to be involved with Idaho Aviation Association, Utah Back Country Pilots. We need to donate or join IAA because they keep the Idaho strips open.

Brian AKA piperpainter, and Adam came rippen and slippen in, in his Mooney. That boy can fly. They had to leave early to return to military duty I think.

taildrgfun, of dead stick take off fame, was there in his Highlander.

I'm so bad with names. We had a Maule driver come in from the east coast!
