KBVS New Years Day gathering
Any of the NW Maulers planning to be at Bayview this afternoon for food and fellowship? You are probably already on your way, see ya there.

Skagit was going to be too crowded for me. My wife and dog joined me for a flight to Roche instead. The north wind there created quite a rough approach as it rotored off the trees adjacent to the runway. Still, a good trip overall and only 3 planned on the ground. Pictures tomorrow.

Here are some shots of the flight to Roche Harbor on NYD:
My only exercise lately - pushing the plane out of the hangar!
Making the jump from Anacortes towards Decatur Island. Lopez and San Juan Islands fill the picture behind Decatur.
Base to final for Roche Harbor
and on the ramp at Roche.
