door seals for patroller

Hello,

Is there any way to seal the patroller doors on my m-5 so that they don't leak so much. I know this is almost ridiculous but It's worth asking. Thanks.

Selfstick closed cell foam doorseal from Ace hardware.
Squeeze a bead of silicone at top and bottom and forward edge of the barrel that the door bolt slides in.
