Razorback patch
Does any one know the approved method to patch a hole in Razorback?

The proper and legal repair is on page 14 of the Maint Manual located-

I have also seen small patches done using the Stitz process which seems to work just fine.... Good luck..

Unfortunately, it states "applicable to polyurethane paint on Ceconite only" I looked in my Manual as well, it says the same thing although mine was covered in Razorback from the factory.
