Here is where I got my oil return hoses http://www.aircraftspecialties.aero/hose/. As for the sludge removel others may have a better Idea, but I would pressure wash it out with an air powered solvent gun, drain your oil and discard the filter, aftering getting everything buttened up, fire it up with clean high detergent oil and a new filter, bring it up to running temp (hot) and then shut it off and immediately drain it again and discard the filter after cutting it open for inspection.
