High Oil Temp

It's the IO's, I think that run the higher oil temps. The IO's cooler is mounted behind the #5 cyl. Having done pretty much everything that's legal to do, I think it's just normal operating temp in high ambient temps. Exxon says no problem running sustained oil temps in the 210's, said don't decrease oil change intervals when I asked. Lycoming say's it's a little higher than they like, but I should be fine up to 225 sustained.
Whatever it's worth my wifes car runs continous 210 oil temps too. Today I flew a 1340 for a while and it's temp was just shy of 100C. which is close to 210F of course.
Of course if you find a way to fix it, let me know. I would like a bigger cooler with a cockpit controlled "air door",but don't see how I could get it legally.
