Wobbly loose trim wheel

Post by CRAZEDpilot »

So my trim wheel wobbles around - the pivot that it runs it seems worn out- anyone had this issue and have the solution?

I don't have a solution but will bump this up because mine is getting there as well. I asked the factory about it after my IA questioned it and they did not seem concerned.

From what I recall it looked like a weld would have to be cut in order to be able to remove the shaft to add a bushing or replace the assembly. It is on my list of low-priority items at the moment but if someone does chime in with a simple fix I wouldn't mind reducing the play.

Mine has done that since new but has never worsened so I don't worry about it.
