Archer, I’m 6’5â€￾ and 260lbs. I fit in the M4 ok. I am however used to small cramped vehicles.

Just curious; what are the small cramped vehicles that you spend time in?

Unimog’s, Volvo C303, Defender 90, Pinzgauer and quite a few others over the years. Europeans don’t seem to think military personnel should be taller than 6ft.

Ah, interesting vehicles all, and yes, a bit cramped ;-)

I had a 1966 VW van for about 35 years that was similar in that way. I also used to spend time driving a Haaglunds tracked vehicle (Swedish), which is also very cramped.

I like Haaglunds, just never really had a justifiable reason to own one. I use the term justifiable loosely.

Yeah, I was doing it for work (SAR in the Antarctic).
