Just wasted a lot of time dealing with this seller. We made an agreement but when I tried to schedule a prebuy he would only allow one mechanic (his) to have access to the plane. Anyone looking at the logs will see some serious issues. Not to mention he has taxied the plane and newly rebuilt engine around for 20 hours over the last 4 years...no flight time and no oil changes...the oil is litterly orange with rust! Price looks good but is it worth the problems.... you decide!

Fatout? How much are they asking? With that said and they only want their boy looking at the plane I would tell them no thanks.

Owner

Anyone know of a good MXT out there? Most of what I am finding has been sitting for a long time.
Thanks!
