• automatic cowl flaps

Has anyone ever heard of automatic cowl flaps sort of like a spring loaded leading edge slat? I think it would be very simple to make one.

Tossed the aluminum cowling and installed the Fiberglass Cowl. Overheating CHT on climbout doesn't seem to be a issue anymore!
