Are they planning on selling them now or is this just an experiment?
Plans look to be to finish the certification.

I hate to see Maule pursue that heavy SMA pig when the deltaHawk is sooo much lighter and more compact! I know dh still isn't certified and all, but it seems a much better option. Maybe dh is far further from certification than they let on to be, but one more manufacturer pushing them may speed the process. With all the technology changes with materials etc. that allow light weight diesels, I'm sure it will be the av-fuel of the future.

It is 305 cubic inch and boosted hp at sealevel was 230 which diminished to 200 hp at 5,000 msl.
It then held 200hp from 5,000 to 12,000 then there is a straight line power production loss to 25,000 where it produces 130hp.
A 235hp non turbo Lyc IO540 is aprx 195hp at 5,000 ft.
2200 rpm was the fixed rpm.
