good point , I feel like if I were to flip over my head would smash on the ceiling tubes even wearing my harness.... Helmets seem to cloud your senses of balance and visibility though. I think ill put some padding around those bars...

You don't. however, you can smack the door post... Also, crawling across your headliner to exit the aircraft is hard on both the headliner and your knees... Don't ask me how I know!
