Looking very good Freedom.
Don't forget the baffles at front of cylinders to divert cooling air over top of cylinders, not underneath.

At the end something is wrong in the way the oil cools. I still cannot figure out what, since I have the stock maul naca vent and oil cooler (even the experimental version high efficiency), but oil temps in summer on long climbs are just getting at the limit. Cylinders are perfectly fine.
So I took the decision to add a small oil cooler in series to the main one. Installed on the bottom between he exhaust pipes (it looks better than I sounds), I managed to do a couple of tests on the last days of summer heat and temperatures are now perfect. For winter I already have a valve on the main oil cooler so it's not gonna be a problem.

I'm now working on a new project for this winter, on creating an extended gear similar to the one for alaskan bush wheels on my own.
Any thoughts on it? Guys who already have it would you change modify anything? height, length, camber, toe????
