Are there any Maule pilots in the DC area? I'm interested but have never flown one and would like to go up for a ride before pursuing them any further. Poring through forums and the internet for info can only get you so far! I live in Alexandria.

I am based at W48, Essex Skypark on the Chesapeake Bay, at the mouth of Back River. We have a 2000' rwy, grass strip on the West side and a sea plane base. Surrounded by acres of untouched woodland and too many Bald Eagles.

I am currently down for annual and should be back up in 3 weeks.

An annual normally doesn't take this long, but I have a lot going on. It would be my pleasure to take you out for one of our groups Sunday breakfast fly outs.

The Chesapeake is a gem and we are lucky to be in the area. You can have Breakfast at the ocean and lunch in the mountains.
