NEW POSTS MAY GET LOST

Hi everyone,
I am partially successful with the migration, but can't access my admin panel right now. So I may have to restore part of it from my old backup, so your posts from now to when it fixed, will likely disappear. Refrain from posting or save it in a file to report it later again.
I have to fly a flight to SFO and won't be able to get to it today

G'day Paul,
Mate just sit tight, it's all sweet. Christine juggles admin duties with flying a real plane...sorry, a big plane for a living. I think she even makes it down under occasionally.
She'll be apples.

Thank You!
Indeed, during the last 5 weeks I was in Sydney 11 nights in 5 trips... Beautiful town, beautiful weather.

Thanks for your understanding I will allocate a few hours later today to work more on the board migration problems

Ps. The Maules are the REAL planes, the thing I fly to Australia and other destinations is a bunch of computers with wings on

Paul, thank you for offering, but unless you are familiar with PHP or very software savvy with a bunch of free time, you probably can't make my life easier. Had hoped during the last weeks that my cry for help in the involuntary migration of the board is heard by someone from the hundreds of members who was either familiar with php scripting language, implementation and modification or software savvy and willing to learn about it (as I have to right now :D ) and willing to spend and donate time helping me with the host mandated migration of the board from PHP 4 to 5, and preferably also with updating the obsolete board code to phpBB 3.
So, please bear with me. It will be done, running and working eventually

 Iceman, that's unfortunately the least of the problems, right now... hope you all bear with me. Have to be careful and not to mess up. It was a big scare when the board was down for a night

Just realised a translation is in order. The phrase "She'll be apples" has nothing to do with Christine and fruit. Downunder it is simply slang for "It will be alright".

Now then, are there any computer types available to help Christine migrate the board?
