New York TFR

Post by Gary Raser »

ATC let us fly through the TFR yesterday, at 3,000 feet with large jets flying under us on there approach to Kennedy. I thought they would give us a hard time with the class B let alone fly right through the TFR and Class B and out to Long Island

I flew with a F/O that owned a C172 in Jersey. In May he shot touch and goes at Newark, LaGuardia and JFK on a single round robin. Just cause he could and hopefully will never be able to again.

That doesn't look like PA anymore Gary :) Have you had a chance to feel out the home strip? I plan on burning some holes in the sky Saturday, let me know if you want to meet up at VanSant 9N1.
