Maule Sunset

Post by DonLindsay »

I didn't get to fly today (my planned destination had 48 knot gusts) so here's two pictures from two weeks ago:

Sunset over the south end of San Francisco Bay showing the salt pans and marshes.

I was returning from Lake Tahoe, and the Sierras had just a bit of snow around the 10,000 foot level.

Very nice. Living in the flatlands isn’t nearly as scenic as your side of the country. Good stuff!

Great pics!

My old home airpord was Hayward. One of the great pleasures was doing a Bay tour.

When I lived in Columbia Tahoe was a short jump over the Sierras.

Thanks for sharing!
