yes, on the left strut out of the prop wash and far enough away from vibration.
On the ground it kinda looks like I'm running through the bushes!

I went with the Garmin Virb because I like the GPS data feature. However, I don't know how often I will actually display that data.
The profile of the first generation Virb is better suited for airflow as opposed to the flat boxy profile of the Gopro.
