Heading to North Carolina

Post by TomD »

I am off to Knoxville then down to Franklin, NC next week, via automobile.

Is there anyone in that area? Wouldn't mind stopping by and having a chin wag.

Godspeed, Tom.

If time allows, when I travel by non-GA means, I like to get an hour of dual with a local FBO (cheaper and faster than getting a checkout), and tour the local area.

Just a thought.

Thanks Bill.

I probably will give that a try in Franklin. Nice little airport there.

You are going right through my area.Unfortunately, I am out of town for a couple weeks. Ifyou are back in the area, drop me a line.

In Knoxville, the downtown airport is pretty neat for a city airport.

Thanks Kirk.

A long time friend and family live in K'ville and may get back in the foreseeable future. A bit of a jaunt from Seattle.
