Not as smooth as it looks. Landing fairly steep uphill. Someone put in tie downs! Really nice camp site, water falls, glaciers...
You have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming a pilot. You can't do both!

What can I say... I live in paradise! Of course this is the first sunny day we have had in weeks... Well, the second. I had work commitments the day before though!

Only Paradise if you like the winter, and I know many people love it. :D

Myself, not so much...

With that said Alaska is the most beautiful amazing God-country in our nation.

Still, I'll move back to second place someday, California.

I hate winter!

Well, it seems the natural juxtaposition with God's country is that other place. So, to truly dwell in God's country, I guesss in the immoetal words od Steve Miller, "you gotto go to hell before you get to Heaven."

Meanwhile, those of us blessed by the angel Maule can all "fly like an eagle"!

I'm glad to be spending the hell period learning to survive the tail wheel under instruction, because come spring, I want to really enjoy flying this beautiful M5 of mine!

If only BMW drivers knew what driving an M5 could really be like! Theyd ditch their 4 wheels for 3!
